FARGO, ND (April 13, 2018) National Hospitality Services (NHS, LLC) is proud to announce that two of its team members at the Staybridge Suites in Fargo, ND have been named Best of the Best Winners from their brand for 2017. Danielle Hewson has been named General Manager of the Year, and Fred Flood has been named Engineering Employee of the Year. The two were chosen out of applicants from Staybridge Suites properties across the country – with award winners being chosen based on their outstanding and unique service to their hotel, guests and the community.

Hewson began working at the Staybridge in 2010 as a Front Office Manager, and within one year had been promoted to General Manager. She demonstrates strong leadership, commitment to the guest experience and dedication in her work – and has helped the Staybridge become one of Fargo’s best reviewed and most popular extended stay hotels.
“Danielle leads by example,” said Michelle Chevalier, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for NHS. “She shines with passion and makes employees feel that they are part of the hotel family. She is transparent, genuine and a true leader.”
Flood joined the Staybridge Suites as a part of the housekeeping team in 2012, he quickly developed a passion for maintenance and moved into that department in 2014. As a jack of all trades, he contributes to the hotel in maintenance and many other areas, helping out wherever he can.
“Fred sets the standard here at Staybridge Suites,” said Hewson. “He truly is a role model, and other team members look up to him as he inspires the team to go further and really use what they have to make a difference in each guest’s stay. His ‘can do’ attitude is contagious and is living proof that you can be anything that you choose to be. For Fred, the best part of his role is knowing that he has made a difference in our guests’ lives on a daily basis.”
