Three National Hospitality Services-managed hotels earn prestigious IHG® Torchbearer Award

FARGO (Sept. 2016) —National Hospitality Services (NHS) announces that three of its managed Staybridge Suites properties in Fargo, Grand Forks and Minot, North Dakota have earned the 2016 IHG® Torchbearer Award. This year’s Torchbearer Award was given to IHG-brand hotels that achieved the highest levels of excellence during a 12-month period, ending June 30, 2016.

According to NHS Regional Director Michelle Chevalier, service excellence is measured on a Guest Love score which takes the pulse of IHG guests, hotels and brands through its Heartbeat global love measurement tool. Online surveys are sent to a random sampling of guests to measure Key Performance Metrics including Overall Experience, Likeliness to Return to Hotel, Member Recognition, Sleep Quality and Problem Handling. Eligible hotels must also achieve an average 84.99 IHG Quality Assurance (brand standard evaluation) Score.

  • Staybridge-Fargo – General Manager Danielle Hewson – achieved a 98.15 QA Score and a Guest Love Score of 92.63. •  Staybridge-Grand Forks – General Manager Alison Buttke – achieved a 95.51 QA Score and a    Guest Love Score of 91.04. •  Staybridge-Minot – General Manager Alycia Bilbrey – achieved a 93.96 QA Score and a    Guest Love Score of 94.77.
