Staybridge Suites Rochester opens Commerce Drive NW location

ROCHESTER, Minn. (September 28, 2015) — National Hospitality Services (NHS) announces the opening of
Staybridge Suites® Rochester (Commerce Drive NW), Minnesota. The 109-room, all-suite hotel, managed by NHS, is
conveniently located off Highway 52, with easy access to major regional airports, medical centers and shopping.

According to Julie Brown, NHS Assistant Vice President of Operations and Sales, the four-story Commerce Drive
location has 40 studio suites, 57 one-bedroom suites, and 12 two-bedroom/two-bath suites — more than any other in its competitive market — and a large variety of accessible rooms.
With easy access to Highways 63 and 14, and I-90, the Commerce Drive location offers a speedy commute to
Rochester International Airport (RST) and Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport (MSP), Mayo Clinic,
St. Mary’s Hospital, Methodist Hospital and IBM Center. Shuttles offer regular transport to area medical centers.
“We have all the amenities and nearby conveniences to make guests feel relaxed, recharged and productive,” Brown says. The hotel is minutes from shopping at Costco, Apache Mall, Shoppes on University Square and downtown Rochester, and close to many dining options, including sit-down, fast-food, pizza, delis and Asian cuisine.
