National Hospitality Services to manage Bismarck Wingate by Wyndham
BISMARCK (August 24, 2015) — National Hospitality Suite, LLC (NHS) has been selected as the professional management company for Wingate by Wyndham® of Bismarck, North Dakota. NHS provides human resources, sales and marketing, revenue management services, and its proprietary OnTracTM accounting system for 19 full service, extended stay and limited service hotels nationwide — including five in North Dakota.
NHS is excited to partner with the hotel’s managing member Doug Larsen, president/owner of Apex Builders, LLC. Larsen was recently featured in the Bismarck Tribune as one of North Dakota’s “Top 40 Professionals Under 40,” for his business sense and contribution to Bismarck’s real estate industry. Active in the community and in the National Guard, Larsen is supportive of and excited to work with NHS to enhance the property’s already solid performance.
NHS will coach and train existing hotel staff; it has a proven history of improving hotel performance through targeted sales
and marketing, proprietary tools and efficient processes.
