Fargo, ND (April 2017) – National Hospitality Services (NHS, LLC) has been selected as the professional hotel management company for the Holiday Inn Express by IHG® of Southeast Indianapolis, Indiana. NHS, provides Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management Services, and its proprietary OnTrac™ accounting system for 23 full service, extended stay and limited service hotels nationwide.
The four story, 89 room Holiday Inn Express property was built in 2008 and is filled with unique characteristics including having only king size beds throughout the entire hotel. It features a complimentary full breakfast, an extensive 24-hour fitness center, heated indoor pool and indoor whirlpool. Located near downtown this property stands on the Indianapolis beltway (I-465) & is conveniently located within 18 miles of four major airports.
NHS President Norm Leslie said, “the property will have a $2.3 million refresh opportunity that will focus on high-touch customer-centric guestroom refurbishments along with minor common are upgrades to meet IHG’s new Holiday Inn Express brand standard “Formula Blue: Smart Design for Smart Travel.”” Formula Blue’s fresh, contemporary guest rooms will feature neutral colors, interesting textural combinations, inviting and functional lighting.

NHS will coach and train the existing hotel staff, where several employees have been at the hotel since it opened 9 years ago; NHS has a proven history of improving hotel performance through targeted sales and marketing, proprietary tools and efficient processes.
