National Hospitality Services, LLC selected to manage first Trademark Hotel Collection by Wyndham property in the United States

WILLISTON, ND (October 2, 2017) – National Hospitality Services (NHS, LLC) has been selected as the professional management company for the first Trademark Hotel Collection property in the United States – Home Place Lodge & Suites in Williston, North Dakota. The Trademark Hotel Collection, a subset of Wyndham Hotel Group, launched in June of 2017 and currently includes more than 30 properties across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Trademark Hotels are uniquely branded properties that retain a distinct identity while taking advantage of Wyndham’s global scale, distribution and loyalty program.

“The creation of the Trademark Hotel Collection was a big step for Wyndham Hotel Group, and we are incredibly honored to manage the first United States property for this new brand,” said Norman Leslie, President of National Hospitality Services. “Home Place Lodge and Suites is a really unique and beautiful hotel, and we look forward to helping them grow and expand their business as they join Wyndham Hotel Group.”

NHS, LLC provides human resources, sales and marketing, revenue management services and its proprietary OnTracTM accounting system for 25 full-service, extended stay and limited service hotels nationwide – including eight hotels in North Dakota. Home Place Lodge and Suites is the company’s 11th Wyndham-branded property.

Located conveniently off Highway 2 on the west side of Williston, Home Place Lodge & Suites offers 109 uniquely designed, spacious one and two bedroom suites. Perfect for extended-stay guests, each suite includes a full bathroom, luxurious queen beds, separate living spaces and kitchens or kitchenettes in-room. Home Place offers nightly, weekly and monthly rates, and is poised to serve extended-stay guests, leisure and business travelers. The hotel also offers premium amenities including daily hot breakfast, complimentary wifi, ample meeting and event space, on-site restaurant and pet-friendly accommodations.

As a part of the Trademark Hotel Collection, Home Place Lodge and Suites will be connected to Wyndham Hotel Group’s global portfolio of hotels while maintaining their unique identity. A pillar of the new Trademark brand is celebrating the individuality of each of their properties to offer the Wyndham guest new and singular experiences, all while providing award-winning Wyndham service and access to all the benefits of their Wyndham Rewards program.

“The Trademark Hotel Collection is the next step in our mission to flip the script on existing expectations and champion all hoteliers by offering them an independent choice outside of the current luxury and upscale options available,” said Lisa Checchio, Wyndham Hotel Group’s Vice President of Brand Marketing and Insights in a June 5, 2017 release from the brand. “Trademark isn’t just another brand: it’s a rally cry for independent entrepreneurs who aren’t afraid to make their own mark.”
