VIRGINA BEACH, VA (November 22, 2019) – National Hospitality Services (NHS, LLC), a hotel management company based in Fargo, ND – has been selected as the professional management company for Crowne Plaza Virginia Beach. With the change in management, NHS and their partner company One Rep Construction, also based in Fargo, plan on starting an extensive $14 million renovation on the property in 2020.

Renovations on the hotel will begin in late 2020 and will include numerous improvements to the hotel’s guest rooms, lobby and other public areas, event spaces, and on-site dining establishments. “We’re looking to fully modernize this hotel and elevate the experience we’re offering for visitors to the area, as well as offering a great choice for conferences, weddings, and other events for businesses and clients here in Virginia Beach,” said Koustrup.
