National Hospitality Services, LLC selected to manage Colorado Springs Airport Holiday Inn by IHG®

Fargo, ND (2016) — National Hospitality Services, LLC (NHS) has been selected as the professional hotel management company for the Holiday Inn by IHG® of Colorado Springs, Colorado. NHS provides Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management Services, and its proprietary OnTracTM accounting system for 21 full service, extended stay and limited service hotels nationwide — including five in Colorado.

The highly visible and accessible property is located two miles from the Colorado Springs Airport and three miles from Peterson Air Force Base and is situated on a main access from the airport to downtown. The four story, 115-room property features an on-site restaurant, fitness center, indoor pool and 960 square feet of meeting space. Many natural attractions are nearby and it is surrounded by large and medium sized corporate and government demand generators.

Located at the base of the Rocky Mountains, tourists enjoy the area’s beautiful scenery, opportunity for outdoor adventure, and unique geological features including Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds.
