National Hospitality Services Expands Human Resource Department
Fargo, N.D.– National Hospitality Services Human Resources Department has expanded as a result of continual business growth. The company, which specializes in operating successful lodging properties, has doubled the human resources staff and continues to grow into 2014. With a growing team involved in recruiting, managing and working with the experienced professionals who run the properties, the NHS Human Resources Department has began implementing employee incentive awards, expanding professional staff and taking NHS to the next level in lodging operations and management.
With the latest addition of a Human Resources Department, National Hospitality Services welcomes Director of Human Resources, Sarah Koustrup and Assistant for Human Resources, Cathleen Plettl.
Sarah Koustrup oversees all aspects of Human Resources for 14 different hotels of various sizes throughout the United States. She brings over 10 years of Human Resource experience to NHS with specialties in employee relations.
Koustrup is skilled in providing advice, coaching and counsel to managers regarding discipline and employee coaching. Her involvement in local and national organization and conference attendance has impacted NHS positively with the development of policy and Human Resource strategy. Koustrup is passionate about all things Human Resources and works as a partner with Senior Management of NHS to develop and maintain the very best teams possible.
With the rapid growth of NHS, Cathleen Plettl joined the NHS human resources staff earlier in 2013 bringing over 12 years of administrative experience ranging from nonprofit to general office support and a degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Plettl is responsible for providing support to the Director of Human Resources and the hotels that NHS manages.
