FARGO, ND (November 22nd, 2021) – National Hospitality Services (NHS), a hotel management company based in Fargo, ND, is pleased to announce the expansion of its executive leadership team. NHS welcomes Joe Luck as Vice President of Development in preparation for another year of broadly expanding their portfolio of hotel properties.
As VP of Development, Joe will assist with NHS business development efforts, including acquisitions, new development deals, site approval, selling our construction division services (ground-up builds/renovation/PIP), as well as equity and debt sourcing efforts. Specific areas of responsibility include forming strategic alliances, negotiating partnerships, and significantly growing the NHS hotel portfolio through incremental and individual industry relationships. Joe will also be responsible for complex independent financial modeling and analysis processes for potential deals, existing hotels, and other investor/corporate entity needs.
Joe has been a veteran in the industry for over 25 years, with a great reputation in our industry in relationship building, contract negotiations, franchise development strategies, and new construction development.

NHS has announced four acquisitions in 2021 in Colorado, North Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin, with multiple soon-to-be-announced development projects in late 2021 and 2022.
