FARGO, ND (August 13, 2018) National Hospitality Services is excited to announce the addition of several new team members to their Fargo-based corporate team. The award-winning hospitality management company currently employs more than 30 corporate staff members, and serves 26 hotels nationwide through services including accounting, human resources, sales and marketing, operations support, property maintenance, and procurement.


New National Hospitality Services team members include:


  • Joseph Jones – Area Manager

Joseph joins the NHS team in the role of Area Manager. Joseph brings more than 20 years of experience in both full and select service hotels with him to his position, along with an extensive track record in Food and Beverage and Hotel Sales, award-winning performance with Marriott, Hilton, Starwood and IHG hotels, and strong skills in operational management and team building.


  • Sheila Olson – Accountant

Sheila Olson joins the NHS team as an Accountant. Sheila brings a bachelor of science degree in business administration from North Dakota State University with her to her position, as well as an extensive background that includes eleven years in the hospitality industry, five years as a sales tax specialist and six years as a hotel accountant.


  • Brett Urbanec – Accountant

Brett Urbanec also joins the NHS team as an Accountant. Brett graduated from NDSU with a degree in sociology and a minor in management communication. His background includes more than three years of hospitality accounting experience, and experience working in third party accounting services for luxury hotels.



  • Landon Moline – Accountant

Landon Moline joins the NHS team as an Accountant. Landon attended Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minor in religion. He brings a year of accounting experience and proficiency in various accounting systems with him to his position.


  • Karen Trautman – Accounts Payable

Karen Trautman joins the NHS team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. Karen’s background includes more than 20 years of customer services experience, and more than a decade of accounts payable experience.
