Minot, ND – Though it opened just over two years ago, Staybridge Suites in the Magic City has made a name for itself by coming in first across all customer satisfaction classifications with guests across the hotel chain’s Worldwide properties.
General Manager David Bussard today announced the achievement, stating the Staybridge in Minot had earned the Heartbeat Number One Year To Date Recognition from parent company, Intercontinental Hotel Groups (IHG).
“Our team has been just incredible, enthused Bussard. “They work hard every day to provide the best possible guest experience, and the guests have responded by naming us number one in every category.”
When asked to enumerate what makes the local property so popular with guests, Bussard responded that in addition to comfort, cleanliness and curbside appeal, it’s the special amenities that are offered, such as a hot breakfast seven days a week, courtesy laundry service and evening social events with complimentary beer and wine-tasting, that truly sets the Minot Staybridge Suites apart.
“It’s also our business center, pool and hot tub areas, and of course, the friendliness of our employees, “ asserted the proud GM.
The Heartbeat Recognition isn’t the first time the Minot Staybridge Suites has been honored for outstanding performance. The 102-room hotel was named Newcomer of the Year for 2013 and received a Voice of the Guest Award in its first year of operation. The hotel’s Director of Sales has also earned top honors within the international organization.
