LOF LLLP Announces Acquisition of the Clarion, Gillette, WY
FARGO (February 19, 2014) – Lodging Opportunity Fund, LLLP (LOF), a Fargo-based hotel investment company, announces the acquisition of the Clarion Inn in Gillette, WY. LOF also assigned the management contract to National Hospitality Services, Fargo, ND.
The Clarion Inn is a 159-room property that offers 8,000 sq ft of meeting space, an indoor pool, and an attached restaurant. Conveniently located off I-90, the property provides unmatched amenities in the select- service lodging segment. “The Clarion Inn is a premier property in Gillette and is near many prominent shops, restaurants and parks,” said Norman Leslie, NHS’s President. “We are excited to add this to the NHS management portfolio.” NHS will manage a $3M renovation of the property which will include guestrooms, meeting space, and the public areas. “This is a spectacular management opportunity that will bring value to the community with jobs and tourism, stated Leslie.
