J.D. Power awards StayBridge Suites of Fargo prestigious award for excellence in customer service

Fargo, March 12, 2014 — Staybridge Suites®, a member of the IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) extended stay brand and managed by NHS (National Hospitality Services) of Fargo, has been recognized as a J.D. Power 2014 Customer Champion. This recognition is given only to 50 companies nationwide that exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications necessary to receive this honor include providing the highest level of customer service. J.D. Power compares these companies against the Customer Champion analysis including: People, Presentation, Process, Product, and Price to determine the 2014 Customer Champions.
