COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (September 27, 2017) – The Holiday Inn Colorado Springs Airport invites the community to join them for a ribbon cutting and Grand Re-Opening celebration on October 4, 2017 from 2-4pm. The hotel has recently completed an extensive property renovation including upgrades to their guest rooms, lobby and public spaces, as well as the launch of a new on-site restaurant concept, JB’s Burger Kitchen + Bar. Their Grand Re-Opening will include a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, refreshments and appetizers, tours of the hotel and door prize giveaways.
“Guests who have stayed with us in the past have been very impressed by the recent renovations,” said David Cobb, General Manager of the Holiday Inn Colorado Springs Airport. “The changes are apparent from the moment you walk in the door of the hotel or the restaurant, and our staff are so excited to be re-opened and ready to serve the community!”
Renovations at the hotel and restaurant began in March, and have included upgrades and new finishes in the lobby, fitness center, event space and pool area. Guest rooms have also been overhauled with new furniture, carpet, finishings and bathroom upgrades. Renovations on the property concluded in late August.

Also new to the property, JB’s Burger Kitchen + Bar opened earlier this summer, serving up specialty, hand-crafted burgers and sandwiches, appetizers, salads, flatbread pizzas and more. JB’s operates in the space which previously housed Sporting News Grill and offers a fresh, all-American dining experience.
