Fargo Based Hotel Management Company – National Hospitality Services Team Expands and Acquires New Talents

Fargo, ND (July 26, 2017) – National Hospitality Services (NHS, LLC) has been steadily growing in this last year with both new staff and new properties. Once a team of less than 10 staff members only a few years ago, NHS, LLC is now employing over 30 staff members through their Fargo based office. NHS, LLC management’s company provides Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management Services, and its proprietary OnTrac™ accounting system for 25 full service, extended stay and limited service hotels nationwide.

Sarah Koustrup, Executive Vice President, oversees the day to day business both operationally and financially and has overseen the growth. “The growth within the team has been incredibly exciting, each addition and change has been strategically made to enhance our already outstanding team of award-winning hospitality professionals and provide even more to the owners of each hotel we manage.”

The Accounting team has hired on three new Accountants – Alyssia Kittelson, Alex Anderson, and Jason Shealer – two Accounts Payable Clerks – Ryan Kinzler and James Kuefler, an Accounting Assistant – Adele Leslie, and a Procurement Manager – Shannon Anderson. These positions work closely with NHS properties to manage and maintain budgets, offer financial reporting, and manage a strong purchasing platform, leveraging massive purchasing power and vendor partnerships to get a great product with best possible results to the guests’ satisfaction and revenue for hotel.

The Operations team has made a transition to better suit the needs of the individual properties they manage Operationally, the Regional Directors have been restructured; adding in Dave Lyons and Rich Rosa. Both bring to NHS a vast knowledge and an extensive history in the hospitality industry. Also, new to the team is Area Manager – Danielle Hewson, Corporate General Managers – Naomi Shea and Alycia Bilbrey and Corporate Director of Training & Development – Kathrina Simmons. NHS has added their own Revenue Manager – Tony Ramos, two Analysts, Katherine Peterson and Dane Johnston as well as a Marketing Specialist – Kristin Miller. Each member of this elite team is obsessed with helping each hotel maximize their performance.

Sales has an exciting new branch off from under the Operations wing; with Michelle Chevalier promoted from Regional Director to Assistant Vice President of Sales. Michelle will oversee two Corporate Director of Sales – Clare Albrecht and Nicole Carter. Both Nicole and Clare are seasoned hospitality sales professionals that have been extremely successful at their individual hotels and now have the opportunity to enhance the sales of all 25 of NHS’s properties.

Earlier last month, Brandy Miller was promoted to Human Resource Manager with Brenna McKnight as the HR Administrative Assistant. They welcome to the team Jennifer Faehn as the Payroll/Benefits Specialist. The Human Resources team provides support to all properties from new hire process, employee relations, benefits and employee recognition through the Applause Program™, which works to recognize staff members at all NHS hotels who have gone above and beyond to serve their hotels and their guests.
